Recorded files are automatically titled according to the recording start time for easy searching. Sorting by key is at the top according to the latest time. File names can be freely edited. After transcription, the file name is automatically generated according to the text content.

When it’s not convenient to take your phone, use the emergency storage in the device, recording files are stored in the device. The files are uploaded to the APP after connecting to the phone.

My daughter goes to college and she had to type all the transcriptions of her interviews (they do a lot in Psychology). She was using another AI online tool but then discovered this tiny tool and read excellent comments on her social media. Also, she was spending hours and all her energy on writing every word the teachers would say instead of actually listening to them and directing her attention on understanding and learning. This little black pad would type everything for her now (with almost no mistake) and she has more time to interact with the content of her classes. It also designs mindmaps but she is very demanding/picky and might still do those herself 🙂 I am a teacher and if the objective is to save time and energy to focus on more important things, I would totally recommend it (College and above ONLY). It should not be used as a tool to do the all the ? job ? for you, just as a support. We tried it in French, Spanish and English and worked very well. After a certain amount of time, you might need to buy ? extra time ? but it is not that expensive and it is worth it!

This help when I have a meeting outside and help recap of what I wrote down. The function is simple and the app is easy to use. However if you record in English and have it transcribeb in other languages (like Thai), it is not accurately translated yet. So I just use English for now. I hope the AI translation will get better in the future. It give you 300 mins every month with the purchase which is good value. If you need more recording you have an option to buy the cloud space. The sound is clear. It is small enough to carry around without being too obvious and look sturdy.
