This product works well to record phone calls. Battery life is great. Ear buds are comfortable enough for long conversations. Ear bud design supports Airpod style silicon comfort fit tips. Battery life is great at hours of recording time per charge. Support audio formats allow for compress audio and compatibility. (MP3 supported). The sound quality isnt bad, however, it requires you to speak through the central device like a speakerphone. It does not offer noise cancellation, so if you buy plan to talk in a quiet environment with minimal background noise. For me, value for the money is definitely there; costing 50 percent less as most competitor brands. MP3 Playback quality is good enough to use for Dragon Naturally Speaking dictation (Nuance does not recommend this brand, but my testing it works well.) Size/capacity is great for hours of recording. Audio file transfer on Windows is as simple as plug-in and copy. No drivers or software required. Solid product. Could easily reach to top superior product status with noise cancellation and another recording mode other than speaker phone like recording.

I already bought 3, all are still working very good so far I want to buy more just for backup. The other 2 I gave it to my friend they love it too.

Battery duration improves after several charge-discharge cycles. Connects quickly to iPhone using Bluetooth. Microphone has good sensitivity for live recordings. Phone recordings are clear with no distortion.
